Blas Limon

Blas R. Limon, age 93, passed away on November 19, 2008 in his home in Oxnard. Our father was born and lived in Huisquilco, Mexico, till immigrating to the United States in 1963, where he, his wife and six children resided in Oxnard. Our father loved gardening. His yard was always full of beautiful flowers and fruit trees. He enjoyed keeping up with and discussing world current events. This dear man loved a good joke and was always eager to make everyone around him smile. He was truly a blessing and loved by all. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 40 years, Maria Antonia – in 1988. He is survived by his children, Carlos and wife Mercedes, Ignacio and wife Pamela, Martha, Isidoro, Eloisa, Blas Antonio and wife Dora; eleven grandchildren: Michael, Carlos, Deanna, Danniel, Cristobal, Marco, Tawnya, Andrew, Adriana, David, Ernesto, and Diana; and seven great grandchildren.
