Carmen Palmateer was called home to be with the Lord on Sunday January 1, 2023. She has been reunited in Heaven with Her Late Husband Harley Sr. Her Son’s Gary and James Palmateer, Grandson William Palmateer, Mom Mary Cardenas and her Sister’s, Brother, and Her Brother in Law. She leaves behind the following: Son’s Harley(Angie) Palmateer, John( Laura) Palmateer, and Michael (Julie) Palmateer. She has many Grand children and Great Grandchildren- Timothy(Lydia) Palmateer, Charles(Rebecca) Palmateer, Amanda(Patrick) Willison, Sarah(Frankie) Laws, Jamie(Ryan) Palmateer, Johnny Palmateer Jr, Sherry Palmateer, Dylan Palmateer, Kandiz Dunehew, Whitney (Fitz Vistro) Dunehew , Andy (Le Anne) Kerns and Adam Kerns.
