Cornelio Sotelo

Cornelio Cordero Sotelo, 75, went home with the Lord on Sept 14, 2009 after a long battle with cancer. He fought hard to the end. He was born in Santa Barbara, CA to Martin & Lena (Cordero) Sotelo on Sept 16, 1933. He was a very fun, outgoing, caring and loving person, loved by many who knew him. He loved baseball, football, crossword puzzles & music. He was a wonderful father. He was preceded in death by his son Cornelio Cordero Sotelo Jr., & brother, Martin Sotelo. He leaves behind his ex-wife Martha J. Sotelo, his children, William Lopez, Anna (Sotelo) Lopez, Chris Sotelo, Martha C. Sotelo & stepson, Moses Chhina, ex-wife, Kathy. Grandchildren, Daniel Lopez, Michael Lopez, Josiah Sotelo, Justyne Sotelo & Toni Sotelo. Sisters, Gaby, Annie, Katie, Monica & brother, Charlie. As well as many nieces, nephews & cousins. Dad we love you & we will miss you very much! Thank you for being such a wonderful father! This is not good-bye as we will see you again!
