Donna Jean Fagnant

Donna Jean Fagnant died peacefully from complications following long term health issues in San Diego, CA on 20 Jan 2026 at the age of 89.

Donna is survived by her children from marriage, Susan Walker, Mark Mitchell, and Kathy Wilhelm. She has many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She is pre-deceased by her husband James G. Fagnant of Camarillo, CA.

Donna was born on Jan 11, 1937 in Detroit, Michigan. She attended high school at Bentley High School in Livonia, Michigan. Her first marriage provided her with her three children. In 1983 she married Jim Fagnant in Camarillo, CA and lived there together for 35 years. Donna was involved with her community through their church St. Mary Magdalen Catholic Church in Camarillo. She and Jim traveled the country in their recreational trailer for years when not at home.

A funeral is planned at 10AM, Thursday, February 12th at St. Mary Magdalen Catholic Church (25 N Las Posas Rd, Camarillo, CA). Father Larry Dowdel will officiate the ceremony. Burial ceremony is at Conejo Mountain Memorial Park immediately following. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Donna’s life.
