Gabriel Morales

d. October 18, 2016

Gabriel Morales Ventura, Ca Our STRONG (until his last breath), Sweet, Kind-Hearted, Handsome Mijo, Brother, Chukiz, Tio/Uncle, Daddy, Pa, Husband, Babaliscious, and Best Friend who was ALWAYS there for every one of us. Gabriel was born on March 24, 1977 in Oxnard, California and passed away peacefully with his family by his side on October 18, 2016. He is survived by his Wife Krystal (Geez Louise) Morales, Daughter Beatriz Alicia Morales (Mamas), and Son Gabriel Lucio Morales (Beluga Bear). His Father Manuel Morales, Mother Maria Morales, Sisters Maria Guadalupe Morales and Patricia Morales, Brother Manuel Morales (Wife Leticia Torrez), numerous Nieces and Nephews, Rosario Gutierrez (Husband Misael Gutierrez), Dilsia Torres, Yesenia Gonzales, Salvador Adame (Jr.), Mia Morales, Elyana Hernandez, Hector Adame, and Baby Misael Gutierrez (Jr.). He was also very much loved by his In-Laws Lucio/Jolene Diaz and Karen/Donny Moore, Sister-In-Laws Falisha Diaz (Matt Chinery), Lucia Leza (Husband Andrew Leza), and Nephews Daniel and Ezra Chinery and Niece Penelope Leza. Gabriel briefly attended Hueneme High School leaving to start working and help his family out. He was always known for being a hard worker at every job he ever had. Past places of employment include McDonald’s, Sav-on Drugs (where we met and fell in love), Diversified Panel Systems, Stock Building Supply (Camarillo and Bakersfield), Weyrick Lumber (Bakersfield and Visalia), Bob Carlson Towing, Gold Line Towing, and most recently back to Camarillo, Stock Building Supply. What can I say, He was motivated by money and if he wasn’t making money, wasn’t being respected or appreciated he bounced. He loved cars. In his younger years he had a couple toys he customized, Honda’s and Integra’s for when he was in car clubs (racing). One thing he loved more than cars, considering he sold his “baby” (Integra) for us was his Family. Every day he lived his life he worked hard sometimes having two jobs providing for his family. He was a hustler and he hustled to make sure that me and our kids had everything we ever wanted and needed. As a family we didn’t care about money or physical things. On pay day we would go out and plan trips with our kids and blow just about every penny. Now that may not be smart in your eyes but as I’m typing this I wouldn’t change it for the world. I lost my Soulmate and Best Friend and we have lots of memories that we will forever hold in our hearts. Thank God that the last year of his life he slowed down and had a normal schedule so every night he was home with us and every morning he woke up his Son for school. I loved that Man with every bone in my body and have enjoyed every minute of our lives together because we grew up together, we both made mistakes and we chose through everything to fight for what we wanted and that was our marriage (13 years, 16 years total). My Husband had the most beautiful soul I’ve ever met. Nobody will ever take his place or ever match up to him and the love he has shown me. He was the best Father to two amazing kids and showed them what a real Man should be and how a Man should treat you. He lived for his kids and one thing that they will never have to wonder is how much that Man loved them. I, We will forever Love and Miss You until the day we die and are finally together again.
