Gloria Delores Phillips

Delores “Bush” Phillips, 69, of Oxnard, Ca passed away peacefully at home on February 10, 2009. She was born on July 27, 1939 in Santa Monica, ca to the lat Rev C.L. Qualls and Ruby L. Qualls. She is survived by her sisters; JoEdna Smith (James), Martha Hughes brothers; David Qualls (Jarutha) Fred Qualls;, and host of cousins, nieces, nephews, and a multitude of friends. Her love of children revolved around Brittany King great-niece, Brandon King great-nephew and Tyson Hall great-nephew. A thank you to her special friends: Alice Holmes, Margie Palmer and the Beas Family. Aunt Bush loved her family first, favorite television shows Matlock and Columbo. We will miss your hot dog stand at the family reunions, your cakes, cheese rolls and everything you wanted us to try, Aunt Bush loved to play piano and sing gospel songs. Aunt Bush was never without a joke, never in the company of a stranger. We will miss everything about you.
