Ignacio Zendejas Jr.

May 7, 1967 — December 20, 2025

Ignacio Zendejas Jr. passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, December 20, 2025. Raised in Somis, Ignacio built a life deeply rooted in faith, family, and humble service to the Lord. He lived with a steadfast devotion to God, and now rests peacefully in His presence, joyfully reunited with his beloved son, Abraham Levario Zendejas.

Ignacio is survived by his devoted wife, Janet Sotelo Zendejas, and their cherished furbaby, Chula. He leaves behind his loving children, Ignacio Jr. III, Rosalie, and Gabby Zendejas, as well as his treasured grandchildren, who were a constant source of pride and joy in his life. He is also survived by his parents, Ignacio Sr. and Rita Zendejas; his siblings, Lisa, Elsa, Graciela, Maria Elena, and Mario Zendejas; along with many extended family members and dear friends who loved him deeply.

Ignacio had a profound appreciation for the outdoors and found joy in drawing, landscaping, and working with his hands. Above all else, he loved serving the Lord and sharing his faith with others. His contagious laughter, playful spirit, and generous heart brought warmth and light wherever he went. Those who knew him will forever remember his unwavering faith, his deep love for family, and the joy he so freely gave.

Though Ignacio will be profoundly missed, his legacy of love, faith, and laughter will continue to live on in the hearts of all who were blessed to know him.
