Isaiah Evan Vallejo
December 16, 2002 – July 3, 2026
Isaiah Evan Vallejo is a beloved son, grandson, nephew, cousin, and friend, who tragically had his life taken from all who loved him on July 3, 2026 in Lancaster, California. He was 23 years old. Isaiah leaves behind a family whose love for him was – and remains for eternity – boundless, and a wide circle of friends that spans a far whose lives were brighter for having known him.
Isaiah was born in Ventura, CA to his mother, Marisa Lopez and his father, Juan Vallejo. He grew up surrounded by a large family on both sides. He loved to play baseball in grade school and became a Pittsburgh Steelers fan at a young age while watching them at the feet of his dad. He loved to see the world and traveled often with his mom to different places and countries on hikes and cruises, experiencing and exploring the natural beauty all around him.
Isaiah was preparing and excited to attend welding school in the fall. Those who knew Isaiah knew his smile first — wide, instant, and impossible not to return. It is this smile his family will carry with them always.
Isaiah loved his people fiercely, made people laugh constantly and loved the simple, good things of a life that was just getting started. He was a Los Angeles Dodgers fan, and this past year he reached one of those milestones a young man never forgets: getting his own car. Anyone who saw him kneeling proudly beside that Honda, keys held high and grinning ear to ear, saw exactly who Isaiah was — joyful, proud of what he earned, ready for everything ahead and most importantly, humble, kind, and ready to help anybody, anytime, anywhere.
Isaiah is survived by his mother, Marisa Lopez and his father, Juan Vallejo, his grandparents and many, many aunts, uncles, cousins, great-aunts, great-uncles, and dear friends, all of whom loved him deeply and will miss him beyond measure.
A vigil for Isaiah will be held on Wednesday, July 22nd at 6:30pm Perez Family Funeral Home, 600 Central Avenue in Fillmore.
Mass will be held on Thursday July 23rd at 10:30 located at St Francis of Assisi Catholic Church in Fillmore. Burial will follow at Bardsdale Cemetery, 1698 S Sespe St, Fillmore, CA 93015 will immediately follow.
Isaiah’s celebration of life will be held at Britt Park, Piru, CA off Torrey Rd 1 hour after burial.
In lieu of flowers, his family asks that you honor Isaiah by being kind to those in need, as you never know what troubles a stranger carry.
Forever Loved. Forever 23. Forever Ours.
