Kathleen Appleford

Kathleen Appleford passed away peacefully on December 8, 2025, in the comfort of her home, surrounded by all of her children—exactly where she felt most at peace. Kathleen was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, auntie and the heart of her family. She cherished her loved ones more than anything in this world and was always there when they needed her. Her husband, children and grandchildren were truly her world, and her love for them was unwavering and unconditional. A gifted home cook, Kathleen was known for her wonderful Italian cuisine that brought everyone together around the table. Family and friend gatherings were where she shined brightest—laughing, feeding everyone, and making sure no one ever left hungry or unloved. Kathleen was also wonderfully crafty. She loved to embroider and sew, took pride in keeping a spotless home, and was always trying the latest home décor ideas. Her hands were rarely still, and her home was always filled with warmth, comfort, and care. Above all else, Kathleen lived for her family and friends. Her kindness, dedication, and nurturing spirit will be deeply missed but forever remembered by all who were fortunate enough to know and love her. Her legacy lives on in the traditions she passed down, the meals she lovingly prepared, and the countless memories she created with those she held closest to her heart.
