Also his four great-grandchildren brought him tremendous joy, Marina and Alina Ruiz of Simi Valley, Logan Ruiz and Paige Ruiz of Moorpark. He also leaves his dear brother, Reggie Ruiz; and wonderful stepmother, Eugenia Ruiz, both of Piru. Visitation will take place from 12 to 5 p.m. on Tuesday, May 15, in the chapel of Rose-Perez Funeral Home, 4444 Cochran St. in Simi Valley. Rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. at the Crossroads Church, 1925 Royal Ave., Simi Valley. A Funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, May 16, at Holy Cross Church, 15550 Peach Hill Road in Moorpark.
