With heavy hearts, we share the unexpected passing of Spencer J. Cabral on May 10, 2025, at he age of 38. Spencer was a devoted husband, father, son, brother, and godfather whose presence left an indelible mark on everyone who knew him.

Born and raised in Ventura County, Spencer cherished his childhood memories and carried them with him throughout his life. He built a career in retail management, ultimately discovering his true calling as Director of Retail for a local non-profit. In this role, he mentored countless individuals, helping them grow personally and professionally. He was passionate about lifting others up and giving back, often volunteering and sharing motivational words throughout the community.

Spencer was truly one-of-a-kind—generous, driven, and endlessly kind. He loved cooking, had an impeccable eye for detail, and expressed himself through a unique and creative sense of style. His sense of humor was infectious, and his creativity left a lasting impression on all who knew him.

Above all, Spencer was deeply committed to his family. His wife and children were the light of his life, and he was never shy about sharing stories and photos of them with pride and joy.

Spencer is preceded in death by three of his grandparents and several beloved aunts and uncles. He is survived by his loving wife Vanessa and their four beautiful children: Sparrow,Scout, Sawyer, and Siraux. He also leaves behind his parents, Steve and Sonia, two siblings,and many cherished aunts, uncles, extended family members, and friends.

His passing is a profound loss felt throughout the community. Though he is no longer with us,his spirit and memory will live on in the hearts of all who loved him.
