Susheela Wanti Chopra

Our Mother, Susheela Wanti Chopra, passed away on September 11, 2009. She was born in Kassor, Punjab in 1021. She is survived by two daughters, Nirmal & Vineeta and one son, Rajinder. She lived long enough to enjoy her five grandchildren and great grandchildren as well. She was fondly know as Biji to the entire community. In the true tradition of Hindu belief, we believe that it is only the physical body that dies when the allocated period of life ends and becomes part of the five elements of nature and ceases to be. However, the soul undergoes no change. The supreme Soul is without an end. It is in that spirit, while we mourn the loss of physical body, we pray for the soul to remain immortal. We also have scheduled Havan and Kriya on September 23rd, 4:30-6:30 PM at Hindu Temple- Ventura County location, which will be followed by Bhoj and Prasad.
